MENTORING

BGBT allows black girls and women a safe space to communicate their trials and triumphs that are unique to the black female experience while simultaneously educating the masses. During my 15 + years working with and coaching children and young adults I noticed a disturbing trend of the girls demonstrating, promoting and participating in some  extremely aggressive and violent behavior. I want to educate our girls on where their aggression comes from and how to channel it into something positive!
